BlueRidge Company’s Buy & Hold Program allows customers to purchase their radiant heating system in advance, lock in current pricing and available discounts, and have their materials shipped when their project is ready.

Purchase now. Ship later. Buy & Hold gives you the flexibility to secure current pricing and available discounts while coordinating delivery with your construction schedule.

Choose What You Want to Hold

Option 1 — Hold Everything

BlueRidge Company will hold the entire order for shipment at a later date, including:

  • PEX materials
  • Mechanical system
  • Fittings and accessories

Option 2 — Ship PEX Now, Hold the Rest

BlueRidge Company will ship the PEX materials immediately and hold the mechanical system, fittings, and accessories for shipment at a later date.

Choose When Your Order Ships

Scheduled Release

Tell us the week you would like your held materials shipped, and we will automatically release the order during that week.

Customer Release

Leave the shipping date open and contact BlueRidge Company when your project is ready. To preserve your locked-in pricing, the release must be requested within six months of purchase.

Buy & Hold Terms

1. Payment

Buy & Hold orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Pricing and applicable discounts are locked in upon receipt of full payment, subject to the six-month price hold described below.

2. Six-Month Price Hold

Buy & Hold pricing is guaranteed for a period of up to six (6) months from the date of purchase.

During this period, the pricing and discounts applied to the original order will remain locked in.

3. Holds Longer Than Six Months

Materials may remain on hold for longer than six months; however, after the six-month period, the order becomes subject to any applicable price adjustments.

If prices have increased, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference between the original purchase price and the adjusted price before BlueRidge Company will release the held materials for shipment.

4. Scheduled Hold — Ship During a Specific Week

Customers may establish a specific shipping week when placing their order.

If a shipping week is provided, BlueRidge Company will automatically release and ship the held materials during the designated week. The customer does not need to contact BlueRidge Company again to release the hold.

5. Open Hold — Customer Requests Release

Customers who do not establish a specific shipping week are responsible for contacting BlueRidge Company when they are ready to have their materials released.

To maintain the original locked-in pricing, the customer must request release of the held materials within six months of the original purchase date.

PEX Materials Generally ship within 1–2 business days after release.
Mechanical Systems & Fittings Generally ship approximately three (3) weeks after release.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary based on product availability and manufacturing or fulfillment requirements.

6. Changes to Held Orders

Pricing and discounts are locked in for the products and quantities included in the original order.

Any additions, changes, upgrades, or substitutions requested after purchase will be priced at the current price in effect at the time of the change and may not qualify for the discounts applied to the original order.

7. Product Changes or Discontinuations

If a manufacturer discontinues, replaces, or materially changes a product while an order is being held, BlueRidge Company may provide an equivalent or successor product. If the replacement results in a price difference, BlueRidge Company will communicate any applicable adjustment with the customer before shipment.
