Return Policy
To start the return process, call us at 1-866-361-4782 and we'll provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your merchandise for a refund or exchange. We will also provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number for each return, which is valid for 14 days. The valid RA number must be included with your return in order to assure proper credit. We are not responsible for merchandise returned without a valid RA number. All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee and you are responsible for any shipping charges incurred.
When sending back merchandise the items must be in the original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, manuals and accessories.
Damaged Freight
It is your responsibility to check all items upon receipt for damages incurred during shipment. If you find you have received damaged items, you must contact us with in 5 days of delivery date to start the claim process.
Inspection of Received Goods
Upon receipt of goods, please check and verify that the items received match the part numbers of the items you ordered. Occasionally shipping errors do occur, and it is your responsibility to make sure you have received the correct items. Blueridge Company will not be responsible for damages incurred, time lost, or faulty systems that have been caused by installation of wrong freight received.
