This service is free with purchase of pipe and manifolds. It is also available for a charge as listed below. Please supply a floor plan in CAD, .pdf format or hard copy blueprints (floor plans in cross section). CAD drawings must be current .dwg or .dxf file format and must be in model space, not paper space. A separate file must be provided for each level of a floorplan. We also offer a complete design package that includes:
- Full size sheets showing plan view of tubing layout including locations of manifolds, heat source and components.
- Complete component schematic including specifications on heat sources, pumps, valves, manifolds, expansion tank, etc. and sizing of distribution piping.
- System controls page providing controls schemes.
Our designs conform to both RPA and I=B=R standard guidelines for the design and installation of radiant heating system as well as national UBC, UPC and UMC code.
