Loop Lay-out design services.
This service is free with all pipe purchases. Please supply a floor plan in CAD, .pdf format or hard copy blueprints (floor plans in cross section). Please mark location for manifolds, mechanical room and any obstructions. Loop Lay-out makes it easy to professionally install RHT PEX pipe.
We also offer a complete design package that includes:
- Full size sheets showing plan view of tubing layout including locations of manifolds, heat source and components.
- System balancing data- computer simulation report that summarizes zones, flows, water temperatures, and tube lengths which allows the installer to properly install and balance the system for optimal performance.
- Complete component schematic including specifications on heat sources, pumps, valves, manifolds, expansion tank, etc. and sizing of distribution piping.
- System controls page providing controls schemes.
Our designs conform to both RPA and I=B=R standard guidelines for the design and installation of radiant heating system as well as national UBC, UPC and UMC code.
